INGREDIENTS:
2 fresh, ripe oranges (or other seasonal citrus fruit)
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon sugar
fresh mint for garnish
DIRECTIONS:
1. Cut the oranges in half as you would a grapefruit and put each orange half in a dessert bowl.
2. Combine cinnamon and sugar, then sprinkle cinnamon-sugar mixture over oranges.
3. Garnish with a mint leaf.
4. Serve with a spoon for scooping out the sections.
This should serve 4 people.
